2. Operational Expenditure (OpEx) / Lighting-as-a-Service (LaaS)

A subscription-based model where the lighting system is provided as a service with minimal upfront cost.

  • Often includes maintenance, analytics, and upgrades

  • Optional bundling with energy savings guarantees
